Core drills

Pro Export Plus supplies Core Drills with cylindrical as well as taper shank. Core Drills are Tools of rigid construction used for working of prebored holes, cast holes or punched holes with 3 or 4 flutes. Three flutes execution increases the accuracy of the hole working, especially the roundness. We supply Core Drills made according to DIN 343, 344 a 222 and in tolerance H8 - H11

Taper shank Core Drills

Taper Shan Core drills are made from high-speed steel - HSS. Execution with 4 or 3 flutes with nominal size in tolerance H 11 or H8 with dimension reduced of material allowance for more accurate working. Core drills are used for Working of prebored holes, cast holes or punched holes to higher precision of holes. DIN 222 Range: O 9,80 ÷ 32H11 mm - Tolerance H11 DIN 343 Range: O 8,80 ÷ 50,00 mm - Tolerance H8, H11

Straight shank Core Drills

Straight shank core drills are made of high-speed steel HSS, with 3 flutes and with nominal size in tolerance H 11 or with dimenssion reduced of material allowance for another accurate working. Thanks to Tool rigid construction it can be used for working of prebored holes, cast holes or punched holes.
